Please note that you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your goods should you wish to return damaged or faulty goods.  To return goods to us please send your enquiry to

 and we will provide you with full details of how to send a your goods back to us. If a product appears to be faulty you need to notify us via email and return the item within 7 working days of notification.

We require to you return any damaged or faulty goods via a tracked or recorded delivery service. We cannot accept liability for any items that are lost in in transit.

Cancellations and Refunds

Following receipt of your goods you have the right to cancel your order at anytime within 30 working days. If you wish to cancel your order goods must be unopened & unused in their original packaging and sent to us within 5 working days of notifying us of your wish to make a return.

All returns must be sent via a tracked or recorded delivery service. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit.

We will process a refund on receipt of goods. Please be aware that we cannot  process refunds that are not sent back to us within the specified 5 working day period, have been opened, used or are not in their original packaging.
