Deliveries to a Business Premise

• You will be asked where you like the parcel placed whilst maintaining a 2-meter distance from business staff wherever possible.
• Whilst extra precautions are taken over Coronavirus, you will not be required to provide a signature.
• Your name will be taken and input into the signature field

For Deliveries to residential addresses

• The parcel will be placed on the doorstep.
• The courier will knock on the door and maintain a 2-meter distance
• Whilst extra precautions are taken over Coronavirus, you will not be required to provide a signature.
• Your name will be taken and input into the signature field
• If no one answers door – you will receive a delivery notification card in the normal manner and the parcel will be returned to base.

For Leave safe parcels that have specifc leave safe instructions in the Special Instruction Field

• The courier will leave your parcel in a safe place.
• Put a card through the door stating where parcel left.
• Take a photograph showing the parcel and surrounding environment to identify location.

Postal Delivery Restrictions

There are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescale and can’t offer next day delivery. Please see below for the alternative services.
